Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the appointment of S.G.Mardaliyev as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ukraine

Guided by the paragraph 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:

To appoint Seymur Gurban oglu Mardaliyev as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ukraine.
