President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sybiha on May 25.

Andrii Sibiga conveyed to the Head of State the greetings of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The guest expressed gratitude for the humanitarian assistance provided to Ukraine by the Government of Azerbaijan, and particularly emphasized the importance of the projects being implemented in the city of Irpin.

Andrii Sybiha once again expressed gratitude for Azerbaijan’s support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev expressed gratitude for the greetings of the President of Ukraine and asked to convey his greetings to Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The Head of State stated that Azerbaijan will continue to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine.

During the meeting, it was noted that Azerbaijan and Ukraine have always supported each other’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.

An exchange of views took place on the prospects for the development of relations between our countries in the fields of energy, renewable energy, transport, trade, and agriculture.
