Requirement of COVID-19 vaccination or immune certificates for entering Azerbaijan by air transport canceled

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 93 of March 27, 2023 "On additional measures related to the lifting of some restrictions in the special quarantine regime", starting from 06:00 a.m. March 28, 2023:

• All citizens of foreign states and citizens of other states permanently residing in these states, as well as stateless persons, are allowed to enter the Republic of Azerbaijan by air transport;
• The list of states whose citizens are allowed to enter the Republic of Azerbaijan by air transport, as well as citizens of other states permanently residing here, and stateless persons, reflected in Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 151 of May 26, 2021 "On measures, related to the continuation of the special quarantine regime and the lifting of some restrictions" is canceled;
• The requirement to provide a COVID-19 passport (a document confirming full vaccination against COVID-19 or immunity after COVID-19) upon entry into the Republic of Azerbaijan of citizens of foreign states and citizens of other states permanently residing in these states is canceled;
• The restriction of entry into and exit from the territory of the country by land transport remains in force with the exception of cargo transportation.
